One word to describe Cole Thorson- AMAZING! I went into the dealership to test drive a car knowing very minimal about cars. He really broke down everything to know and made it very easy for me. Our salesman was knowledgeable and friendly, but I felt the dealer was nickel and diming us with a mandatory installation of blinking tail lights for $299 - on a used car! Even though I paid cash, the paperwork took over two hours and then there were errors. I ended up with someone else's plates and paperwork. Plus the car had not been well cleaned. We have been buying our cars at Mankato for years - we bought a 2017 CRV and all the staff at Mankato Honda were excellent to work with - I highly recommend Luther Mankato Honda.
Mankato Honda found the car I was looking for and came in at a fair marker price on the vehicle. I was at another dealer and walked the show room without being helped. When I walked into Mankto Honda I was greeted fairly quickly. Spencer Zabinski was knowledgeable about the vehicle and took time to go through things with me. The receptionist was also very friendly.
I was looking at used cars for work. I drove through the lot and noticed several new vehicles priced closely to used cars I was looking at. I went back on a Saturday and ended up buying a 2017 Honda CR-V because it was easier to get into and out of with my height, and it was highly rated by Consumer Reports. We bought our 2nd Accord sport just a few weeks ago and brought it back to have some protection packages put on it. We also brought our 2015 and had them do the windshield and acrylic bra on that one also. The service department people were fantastic!!! We were treated very well and they went above and beyond to do things well and on time! They even checked on a part that needed to be replaced and got it done for us!! I bought a new 2017 Honda Accord Hybrid EX-L sedan from Luther Mankato Honda (LMH) on October 11, 2017. It's an excellent car, with many safety features, and excellent gas mileage (49 mpg in the city, 47 on the highway). The price was substantially less than the MSRP since it's a 2017 and the 2018s will be available soon.

I took my car in for an oil change, and went into the office to discuss regular 30000 mile fluid changes . When we agreed that I would leave it the next morning and get all of it done at one time, I got in my car to leave, and the battery was dead. They tested the battery and replaced it with a new one at no charge since it was still under warranty.

1. Our CRV had ongoing VTC actuator issues and they replaced it and kept us informed until there was a final resolution - they provided a loaner vehicle when needed.

Changed new set of tires for 08 Accord and they reminded me of the overdue airbag recall and had it done also. The tires are a bit pricey but they gave me a rebate form, and the new tires feel great to drive. Both services are done promptly.
Going into the service area was prompt and courteous to have an oil and filter change, tire rotation, inspection, and an airbag part replacement all which was done in short order. They were able to fix the bed trunk latch cover as well. Waiting area was nice.
The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Service done in the allotted time. They did the "routine oil" change, tire rotation, antifreeze change, replaced recall airbag and it was quite expensive and as below, the vehicle was not even vacuumed or windows cleaned. You have to request and pay additional for that too.

My husband bought a truck from across the road and he always gets a clean truck when he picks it up after service. Not so here. When I dropped it off they commented on the windshield how dirty it was. Nothing changed when I picked it up.
I had been a little concerned about an unusual low volume noise were beginning to be concerned about at about 40 mi. per hour. I mentioned it when scheduling installation of new tires and at the time of routine 5000 mi. maintenance.
